Paris Olympics 2024 – Simone Biles secures gold in women’s gymnastics final

This page is now closed. Thanks for joining us. These were the updates as Simone Biles won gold in the final fo the all-around artistic gymnastics final on Thursday, August 1:

  • Team USA’s Simone Biles wins gold in the women’s all-around artistic gymnastics final at the Paris Olympics 2024.
  • Brazil’s Rebeca Andrade secures silver, while USA’s Sunisa Lee takes bronze at the event held at Bercy Arena in Paris, France.
  • Biles secured her second gold of the games, having been part of the USA quintet in their victorious team final on Tuesday.
  • The 27-year-old could win a total of five golds at this games.

    The Italian and Algerian helped to make this final. They nearly produced an upset. The top three was expected – we just needed to know the order. They were pushed all the way, though.
